Aerobics

Classes are available six days a week so there's bound to be a time to fit your schedule.

All one-month and annual passholders are able to take basic aerobic classes!

Zumba

Zumba Dance is a popular fitness program inspired by Latin Dance. The word "Zumba" comes from a Colombian word that means to move fast and have fun, which is just how people describe the routine. Using upbeat Latin music together with cardiovascular exercise, Zumba is aerobic dancing that is lots of fun and easy to learn.

Yoga

Through the practice of Yoga postures, proper breathing, and concentration techniques, you will learn to relax the mind while strengthening the body.

Basic Aerobic Classes are free to passholders

Total Body Fitness

Strengthen tone and sculpt your entire body! Weights, bands and balls will be used for the interval training with a mix of cardio intervals.  This is a High Intensity Program!

High Intensity Interval Training
Don’t let “intensity” scare you away geared for ALL fitness levels.  There is no fancy choreography here! HIIT is pure work, pure sweat, and a whole lot of fun! Various equipment will be used to keep the class interesting.

Calorie Burner 
High Intensity Cardio Mixed with body shaping exercises.

Butt, Guts & More
This class focuses on exercises that help you strengthen and tone the abdominals, back, hips, glutes and more. 

Senior Aerobics

A fun mix of choreographed, non-impact aerobics, and toning exercises geared for the more mobile, active, older adult.
Intermediate fitness level or higher.  Free to SilverSneaker participants.


SilverSneaker Classes

Muscular Strength & Range of Movement (MSROM)

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercised designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement & activities for daily living.  Hand–held weights, elastic tubing with handles, a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance & a chair for seated and/or support.

Cardio Circuit

Combine fun and fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout.  Upper body strength work using hand weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball is alternated with non-impact aerobic choreography.  A chair is offered for support, head to toe stretching, and complete relaxation in a comfortable position.
