All one-month and annual passholders are able to take basic aerobic classes!
A great cardiovascular workout that uses upbeat Latin music and aerobic dancing that is lots of fun and easy to learn.
Body-sculpting exercises and high-energy cardio work are combined with Latin infused Zumba moves to create a calorie-torching, strength-training dance fitness party!
Through the practice of Yoga postures, proper breathing, and concentration techniques, people learn to relax the mind while strengthening the body.

TNT (Tone n’ Tighten)
Strength and toning class designed to target all the foundation muscles of the lower, upper body, and core. A great class for those who want a total body workout.
Total Body Fitness
Strengthen, tone and sculpt your entire body! Weights, bands and balls will be used for the interval training with a mix of cardio intervals. This is a High Intensity Program!
The ultimate way to get a tight and toned core with dynamic training that focuses on your abs, glutes, back and obliques. This 25 minute workout will leave you looking good and feeling strong.
Cardio Melt Down
Melt yourself into a toned and fit body. This class is designed to be a full body workout to assist you to reduce weight and tone up your body. An equal balance of cardiovascular and strength exercises will get individuals of all fitness levels moving!
Healthy Abs & Back
A 25 minute class that is designed to help you develop all the areas of the core including the abdominals, obliques, back and pelvis. Building strong core muscles helps prevent and alleviate back pain and improves your posture.
This 25-minute class will take you through a solid core workout that is guaranteed to bust your gut!
A fun mix of choreographed, non-impact aerobics, and toning exercises geared for the more mobile, active, older adult. Intermediate fitness level or higher. Free to SilverSneaker participants.
SilverSneakers – Classic (formerly MSROM)
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.
SilverSneakers – Circuit (formerly Cardio Circuit)
Combine fun and fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper body strength work using hand weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball is alternated with non-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is offered for support, head to toe stretching, and complete relaxation in a comfortable position.
