All meetings are open to the public, and take place in the Plymouth Township Municipal Building at 700 Belvoir Road in Plymouth Township, unless otherwise specified.
Civil Service Commission: Establishes standards for the hiring, firing, promotion, and discipline of Township police officers.
Meets by Chairman Call as assignments require. Affirmative Action Meetings are advertised separately.
Joint Sewer Authority:
Meets to discuss issues regarding the construction, improvement, financing, maintenance and operation of sewer systems and sewage treatment facilities for joint use.
Meetings are held at 7:00 P.M. on the second Wednesday of each month at 200 Ross Street in Plymouth Township.
Emergency Advisory Board:
Meeting of emergency service providers from Plymouth and Harmonville Fire Companies, Plymouth Ambulance, Plymouth Township Police Department and Plymouth Township Fire Marshal and Emergency Management Office.
Meetings are held at 7:00 P.M. on the second Wednesday of January, May and September.
Historical Architectural Review Board:
Responsible for the preservation of the historic district.
Meets at 8:00 AM at the Whitemarsh Township Building on the second Wednesday of February, April, June, August, October, and December.
Park, Recreation and Shade Tree Advisory Board:
Advises about the operation, maintenance, and supervision of parks, playgrounds, recreation facilities and programs.
Meetings are held at 7:00 P.M. at the Greater Plymouth Community Center at 2910 Jolly Road on the fourth Tuesday of each month. No meetings in May, July, and December.
Planning Agency:
The Planning Agency meets to review zoning and re-zoning appeals, subdivision and land development applications, and amendments to the zoning ordinance. The Planning Agency makes recommendations to Township Council and the Zoning Hearing Board.
Meetings are held at 7:00 P.M. on the first Wednesday of each month and again on the third Wednesday if necessary.
Zoning Hearing Board:
The Zoning Hearing Board meets to review zoning proposals, subdivisions, and land development applications.
Meetings are held at 7:00 P.M. on the third Monday of each month.
