DESCRIPTION:Rain barrels are a convenient water collection system\, allowin
g you to save rainwater from your downspout for a variety of uses: waterin
g plants\, cleaning yard equipment or filling up your swimming pool. This
sustainable solution is a win-win\, minimizing household water consumption
while decreasing stormwater runoff! All of the necessary supplies for mak
ing the rain barrel will be provided and our staff will lead you through t
he step-by-step process of putting your rain barrel together. Participants
will leave with a completed rain barrel that is ready to be installed and
