Night of Fitness
Come sample our classes, both Small Group Training and Aerobic Classes for just $10! This is a great opportunity to take a Cycling class, Suspension Training, War of the Core, Yoga, Boot Camp and more. Try one or try them all. Each class will last about 20 minutes with minimum time between. Th is year there will be three classes running at the same time. If you thought about taking one of our classes but didn’t know if you would like it enough to take the whole class or, you just want to come to get a great workout in for the night, this event is for you! A grab bag for everyone that registers by November 8th! Free water and energy snacks! Don’t wait to the last minute to register for this event. Limited space available!
