Cardio Barre Barre meets cardio and intervals all set to heart pumping music. In this class we will stretch, lengthen and tone while using great high intensity moves such as mountain climbers, jump squats, burpees and much, much more!
Cardio Combo If you are looking for a nonstop, all cardio sweat session, this class is for you! Beat the boredom of the treadmill and enjoy a fun and challenging fusion of step aerobics, kickboxing and heart elevating interval bursts to high energy music. We’ll end class with a different “cardio core challenge” each week. The instructor will demonstrate modifications so everyone can work at their own intensity.
Chiseled Express A fast tabata style mix of cardio and weights designed to get you the best workout you can in a fraction of the time.
CoreStrong An all-inclusive dynamic and multifaceted class designed to improve your overall fitness level. This includes strength, flexibility and balance. More than just another ab workout, Corestrong is about training the abs, back, hips, and glutes!
Fitness Pilates Express Utilize and strengthen your powerhouse: your deep abdominal muscles, obliques and lower back. This class combines the precise movements of Pilates with traditional fitness elements. *This is an express class that runs 25 minutes in length
Full Body Shred An athlete inspired workout for improved athleticism with resistance training, bodyweight challenges and cardio-focused drills that will benefit the whole body and help you train for any event.
Gentle Yoga Escape from your day and enjoy the tranquility of Gentle Yoga. Classes blend stretching, gentle movement and restorative poses with a focus on relaxing into the deepest layers of the body. All levels welcome. No experience needed. Just come wearing something comfortable and enjoy the benefits of letting go.
HardCORE Want to take your workout to the next level? This class is a fusion of high intensity strength, cardiovascular conditioning and core training. A variety of exercises in short intervals will be used to increase your resting metabolic rate. In simple terms, you will burn a ton of calories, get stronger, and leaner. This is a High Intensity Class!
Lower Body Extreme This calorie-scorching, strength-building workout of challenging sets focuses on building strong legs, glutes, and lower bodies. *This is an express class that runs 25 minutes in length

Upper Body Extreme Focus on your full upper body in this quick class designed to work your entire upper body in half the time! This class focuses on circuits and sets that work your biceps, triceps, shoulders, chest, and upper back to help you achieve the defined look you have been working for.
Wake Up Workout Get your day started with a wonderful mix of total body cardio and strength training. Look forward to weekly variations of exercise modalities from our highly energetic and skilled instructors! A thorough stretch will conclude each class, and with modifications demonstrated this class is for everyone!
Yoga/Barre Fusion All of the elements of two great classes fused into one. From lengthen and flexibility to toning and tightening, you will get it all in one great non-stop class set to great music to help you flow, tuck, and tone all in less than an hour!
Yoga Flow This class is designed to flow through the foundations of yoga postures, alignment, breathing, and technique. Classes build heat, endurance, flexibility, and strength in a supportive environment, encouraging the link between mindful body movement and breath. All levels welcome. Modifications are available for both beginners and more advanced participants.
Zumba A Fusion of Latin and International music/dance themes that create dynamic exciting workout that anyone can do!
Senior Aerobics Lite: A fun mix of choreographed non-impact aerobics, and toning exercises. This class is geared towards various fitness levels. Designed to increase cardiovascular fitness and strength. *Intermediate fitness level; chairs are optional.
Senior Aerobics Fit: A similar format to Senior Aerobics Lite but includes non-impact to low impact aerobics, strength training and balance but geared towards those who do not need support from a chair. *Intermediate to Advanced fitness level required. No chairs used during this class.
Senior Aerobics Mix: A fun mix of choreographed, non-impact, and toning exercises geared for the more mobile, active, older adult. *Intermediate fitness level or higher; chairs are optional.
Chair Yoga A unique yoga style that adapts yoga positions and poses through creative use of a chair. Some areas to be covered include: breathing exercises, basic poses, use of supports, meditation, and relaxation. This class is suitable for all ages, fitness levels and physical conditions.
SilverSneakers – Classic Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.
SilverSneakers – Circuit Combine fun and fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper body strength work using hand weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball is alternated with non-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is offered for support, head to toe stretching, and complete relaxation in a comfortable position.
