After School Rendezvous

Need a fun place for your child to go after school? Send them to the Greater Plymouth Community Center’s After School Program! Snack is provided for the after school children. Customize your schedule. Sign up for only the days of the week you need, or all 5 days at a discounted rate. For your convenience, we will meet on Colonial School District half days. Free bus transportation from Colonial Elementary, Colonial Middle School, Plymouth Elementary, & Ridge Park Elementary is available. We offer flexible payment options if you spend over $450. After School Rendezvous will be held from after school to 6:00 p.m. In case of inclement weather and CSD schools close early, there will be NO after school program. All children will be sent home from school. Children will be divided into two groups, grades K- 2nd and grades 3rd – 8th. The After School Rendezvous program will participate in activities such as swimming (based on availability), sports, games, the playground and the Active Zone. In the Active Zone, children will participate in activities such as the Wii, XBOX Kinect & Play Station 3 Move.

If your child requires medication to be administered during Rendezvous please read the Medication Policy and complete the Medical Release Form.

Important Afterschool Rendezvous forms and procedures

All participants in After School Rendezvous are required to get the Certification of Medical Fitness and Vaccination Status form filled out by their physician. This form must be completed and returned prior to participation in this program. These forms will be kept on file and will be valid for 1 year of the physical date. Medical/vaccination certification forms obtained for school will also be accepted in place of our form. If you have any questions please contact Barb Griffis at bgriffis @plymouthtownship.org

School’s Out Activity Days Ages: K-8th Grade

Looking for a fun place to send your kids when their off from school? Send them to the GPCC. Each day will consist of a variety of games, sports and a project. Bring a swimsuit and a towel for swimming. Must pack a lunch and a snack! This year we are adding before care for those who need it. You are able to sign up for only the days you need.
