Plymouth Township Receives Validity Challenge Application for Proposed Data Center
Plymouth Township has received a Substantive Validity Challenge application filed with the Township’s Zoning Hearing Board (ZHB) relating to the proposed data center at 900 Conshohocken Road.
The application is separate from the applicant’s pending Special Exception application and will proceed through the ZHB hearing process in accordance with the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code.
