The Single-Use Plastics ordinance will be implemented in Plymouth Township on April 9th, 2025. An informative flyer was included in the most recent mailing of the residential sewer bill. Starting on this date, Plymouth Township retailers will no longer be providing plastic bags at checkout. Plastic straws and utensils will be available upon request at food establishments.

Please start bringing your reusable bags with you when you shop. Retailers will now provide recycled paper bags for no less than 10 cents per bag. Compliant reusable carryout bags may be purchasable at some retailers.
