Traffic Calming
The Plymouth Township Police Department conducts traffic studies within our jurisdiction to determine how to best utilize our resources, during specific times of the day, to determine if traffic calming measures are required.
The Highway Patrol Unit will analyze data consisting of speed, traffic volume, taking into consideration the time of day to determine when to best apply enforcement action.
Survey studies may be requested through elected officials, Officers or the Plymouth Township Police Department website.
