Covanta Plymouth Waste to Energy Plant has its power restored and is accepting waste deliveries.  The units are expected to be back online, burning trash, between 1-5 this afternoon.  A mild noise is possible as the units begin to burn trash, but it should not be like the loud noise heard yesterday morning.  More information about yesterday’s power loss, and future updates from Covanta, can be found at www.covanta.com/plymouth
