This Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) document was developed prior to the public meeting held on January 12, 2026. The information and details contained in this FAQ were shared with the public by Township Council at that meeting to help inform discussion and address common questions regarding sober living and recovery homes.

This FAQ is provided for general informational purposes only and does not create, modify, or interpret Township policy, zoning regulations, or enforcement practices. Applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations govern all land use and housing matters.
