Draft 2027–2031 Capital Improvement Plan Available for Public Review
Plymouth Township has released its draft 2027–2031 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) and is making the document available for public review in advance of Township Council’s consideration.
The Capital Improvement Plan is the Township’s first comprehensive five-year roadmap for major investments in municipal facilities, vehicles, equipment, parks, and infrastructure. Developed through collaboration between Township staff and Council, the CIP identifies and prioritizes the Township’s anticipated capital needs while providing a long-term framework for financial planning, asset management, and future budget development.
Adoption of the CIP establishes a long-range planning framework and does not authorize funding or construction of individual projects. Capital funding decisions will continue to be made by Township Council through the annual budget process.
The draft Capital Improvement Plan is available below for public review. Township Council is scheduled to consider adoption of the plan at its Business Meeting on Monday, August 10, 2026.
