Tree Planting

Plymouth Township continually works with a local non-profit organization to replenish the township’s tree coverage in parks and public areas. Colonial Canopy Trees (CCT) is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization serving the Plymouth, Whitemarsh, Conshohocken and Norristown areas.

CCT regularly hosts volunteer events to plant trees, remove invasive species, provide education and empower citizens to make a change. Residents can volunteer with CCT by signing up for upcoming events, found here. Residents can make a tax-deductible donation to Colonial Canopy Trees, which funds additional ecological restoration projects in Plymouth Township.

Plymouth Township also offers Remembrance & Commemorative trees, which are planted in public parks throughout the township. Honor a loved one by purchasing a tree at this link.
