Fitness
If you haven’t been to the fitness center in a couple of years, you’ve missed some upgrades and replacements to our equipment. We have a new style of Precor Ellipticals, and we have been trading in the old Star Trac treadmills and bikes for the Matrix line! Fall of 2025 and January 2026 we replaced the old Paramount Functional Trainer with the more modern Matrix Trainer! Come in and take a look at some of the new equipment!
[Replacing older equipment reduces equipment breakdowns, keeps the facility looking new and refreshed, and can be motivating to the user!]
Out with the old, and in with the new! Come check out our newest strength training arrivals!

Procedures for using the fitness center:
- A Pass must be purchased (Pass types: Annual, Monthly, Day or Special Passes)
- If you are purchasing more than a Day Pass you will need to fill out a Basic Physical Standards form for admission to the Fitness Center for each person that will be using the fitness center. If you answer ‘yes’ to any of the questions, you will need a Physician’s Referral form filled out by your doctor before utilizing the fitness center.
- Bring the Basic Physical Standards form, and if needed the completed Physician Referral forms with you when you come to sign up for a Pass.
- If you can’t print out the forms, they can be picked up at the Front Desk of the Community Center.
- Once you have your Pass purchased and attained any clearances needed, you can set up your complimentary personal training appointment. This is a one on one with a Personal Trainer to show you how to use the equipment correctly, set you up with a basic program and go over procedures and rules.
- If you need additional help or motivation, you can purchase sessions to work with a Personal Trainer.
