|Did you know if your child is 13 years of age or older they can use the fitness center on an Annual or Monthly pass? Once the pass is purchased an appointment must be set for an Orientation. During this appointment a Fitness Specialist will show your teen how to workout properly including warm-up, cardio machines, introductory weight training and machine settings with weight and rep range to follow, and how to cool-down with stretches.
If you feel your teen needs more guidance you can purchase some Personal Training sessions! Whether it is for pre-season sport conditioning, weight loss, or just to get some exercise and make the most out of it! See the Personal Training for details!
F.I.T. Kids (Fun in Training!) (Ages: 9-12 years) This fitness class for kids is all about having fun and getting fit at the same time! It’s small group setting allows for individualized attention and supervision. This class will focus on weight training and cardiovascular training through games, drills, machines, and team building exercises. If your child is new to fitness, or low to moderate activity level, this is the class for them! Trainer: Gail. Price: $65 PH/$80 NPH

Youth Conditioning Camp (Ages: 11-14 years) This camp will focus on cardiovascular conditioning, muscular strength, endurance, and flexibility to get your child in shape for the fall sport season, or just add some activity to your child’s day. Participants will experience a different workout each day which will include group runs, circuit training, yoga, drills for endurance and motor skills, agility, balance, and fun fitness games to end each day! Plenty of water breaks will be given so bring water bottles and an energizing snack (fruit/trail mix). We recommend putting sunscreen on prior to coming since this camp will be outside.
