The Montco Trail Challenge, now in its fifth year, is a county run program that encourages residents to explore participating trails throughout Montgomery County.

A survey of the 2019 Trail Challenge participants found:

• 78% visited a new park or trail
• 43% learned something new about their community
• 89% improved their physical health
