Plymouth Township announces that the Plymouth Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a Special Meeting on Thursday, October 15, 2026, at 7:00 PM.  The evidentiary portion of the proceedings will be held at the Plymouth Township Municipal Building in the Karen B. Weiss Meeting Room, on the application for a proposed data center at 900 Conshohocken Road. Please note the change in meeting location.

A limited number of seats will be available at the Plymouth Township Municipal Building for members of the public, subject to capacity, with priority given to the parties and other participants in the proceedings. The hearing will be livestreamed, and the Township will provide a public viewing location at the Greater Plymouth Community Center (GPCC) for those unable to access the livestream.

Please note:
• Public comment will NOT be taken at this hearing. The public comment portion of the future proceedings is expected to be held at a larger venue to accommodate the anticipated number of residents wishing to provide comment.
• The matter is expected to continue over multiple hearings due to the anticipated scope of testimony and evidence.
• The Township will announce in advance the future hearing date at which public comment is expected.
