Zoning Hearing Board Hearing Location Change
The Plymouth Township Zoning Hearing Board is expected to consider a proposed change in location at tonight’s regularly scheduled meeting for the continued hearings regarding the proposed data center at 900 Conshohocken Road.
Beginning with the September 17, 2026, hearing at 7:00 PM, the evidentiary portion of the proceedings will be held at the Plymouth Township Municipal Building in the Karen B. Weiss Meeting Room.
The change is intended to provide an appropriate setting for the continued proceedings and ensure that testimony can be clearly heard and accurately recorded. The Township understands that the change may be inconvenient and remains committed to providing public access through livestreaming and a public viewing location at the Greater Plymouth Community Center (GPCC).
A small number of seats will be available for members of the public, subject to capacity, with priority given to the parties and other participants in the proceedings.
The public comment portion of the future proceedings is expected to be held at a larger venue to accommodate the anticipated number of residents wishing to provide comment.
