The Plymouth Township Zoning Hearing Board meeting scheduled for Thursday, September 17, 2026, at 7:00 PM, regarding the Special Exception application for 900 Conshohocken L.L.C., has been canceled in its entirety.

Due to an administrative oversight, the meeting agenda was not publicly posted within the required 24-hour timeframe under the Pennsylvania Sunshine Act. Out of an abundance of caution and in the interest of legal compliance and public transparency, the Board will not convene as scheduled.

The hearing will be rescheduled for a future date, with a new public notice and compliant meeting agenda posted at least 24 hours in advance.

The Township apologizes for the inconvenience to residents and applicants who planned to attend.
