Plymouth Township announces that the Plymouth Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a Special Meeting on Thursday, June 25, 2026, at 7:00 PM at the Colonial Middle School, 716 Belvoir Road, Plymouth Meeting, to begin hearings on the application for a proposed data center at 900 Conshohocken Road. Please note the change in meeting location.

The hearing will be open to the public and live-streamed. Due to the anticipated scope of testimony and evidence, the matter is expected to continue over multiple hearings.

Please note:

• Public comment will not be taken at the first hearing.
• The June 25 meeting is expected to focus on procedural matters and the beginning of the applicant’s testimony.
• The Township will announce in advance the future hearing date at which public comment is expected.
