Vendor Information:

• Only yard sale items are permitted to be sold at this event.  This is not an event for vendors or businesses to sell homemade items or direct sales merchandise.
• $20/selling space (approximately 3 parking spots)
• Pre-registration is required

VENDOR SPACE: You have 3 parking spots. You can choose to do:

A- One spot for your vehicle and two to sell your items. 

B- All 3 spots to sell your items and park you car in the main parking lot.

Spots will be assigned when you arrive. If you wish to be next to another vendor, please arrive and check in at the same time. We have tons of parking!!!! 

WEATHER: If needed, we will make the decision to have or cancel the yard sale on Friday, 6/12 by 12pm. This event does not have a rain date. If we have to cancel we will refund all registration fees. Cancelation notices will be sent out via email only.

SET-UP/CLEAN-UP: Set-up is from 6:30am-8am. Getting everyone in is going to take some time. Clean-up is from 1pm-2pm.  

BATHROOMS: We will have a port-a-potty on site. We do not have access to the building at the college.

TABLES/CHAIRS/TENT: You are responsible for bringing your own tables, chairs, tent, etc. Anything you’ll need for the day.  

FOOD/DRINK: Kona Ice (shaved ice), & Chick-Fil-A will all be there. Subject to change.

TRASH: We will have a few trash cans. Any unsold items must leave with you. You are not permitted to leave anything behind or at the trash cans.
